However, I must say the owner of HelloPro gave me one of the best impressions before the inspection of any business in a long time.   However, upon completing the inspection, I was made aware of an additional service to have cost of repairs quoted within a day.  What a great add on - especially if you are buying a house - granted it was ballpark on a few things, but still it is good to have hard numbers for negotiating an offer contingent on home inspection issues.  Also, the inspection used infrared which makes room-by-room inspections much more thorough.   I would have wanted perhaps a few more pictures of basement, foundation, and  evidence of functioning of applicances, but overall, I appreciated what they included.  I am not that familiar with some parts of a house repairs, so I needed experts to review the house for me.  Overall, I am very pleased I hired them.  I don't think another service in the area could have done a better job. read less

I had an experience probably different from most. HelloPro represented the buyer on a recent contract so I was the "subject" of the home inspection. At first I was a little taken aback by the number and scope of items noted in the report. It was extensive but I could not argue with what HelloPro noted. So, they are thorough. HelloPro was also on contract for a CL100 (termite inspection. Ultimately that contract fell through and I frankly forgot that I had paid for the CL100 in advance. One day I got a call from James reminding me about the payment. Since under our new contract the buyer pays for CL100 James was very accommodating in refunding my payment. That is what I call follow up on a business deal. Bottom line? HelloPro and James are professional, hire them!  So, today I want to add to my post (I'd do a new one but I'm not tech savvy enough to do it). Today's post backs up my previous 5 star rating with another one. This one again speaks to HelloPro and James' professionalism. It ended up that the buyer paid for the CL100 as I noted above. James tried time and time again to refund to our credit card but for some reason the tech wouldn't work even though it had worked previously. James took a risk that it would ultimately go through and sent me a check in the mail to complete the transaction. Trust me James, if my credit card gets a refund I'll return in kind. Your follow-through and professionalism are a "credit" to your company. read less

They check your electrical system, plumbing, air conditioning, and pretty much anything related to the home that we take for granted. I encourage anyone to do their homework  with the help of this team before buying a house.  These fellas practice integrity and are prompt with customer service.  We got our report the same day!  These folks have won our business.  We had the I unfortunate experience of having a home inspected and needing to cancel a contract due to what Hello Pro helped us find.  We would have made a pretty big mistake had we not had their professional help.  We found another home and were more than happy to have them come out again. I came towards the end of inspection to ask questions and to get a sense of their findings. The key findings were explained and shown to me. I never felt rushed and I asked many questions as it related to my home. The infrared scan of the entire house brought an extra sense of security in terms of heat lost, potential water leaks or electrical issues!!!  Later in the day I got a call from James who took his time to guide me through the report. Their report was detail and easy to navigate compare other inspection reports I have seen.  I loved the option to export and customize the issues of the report with my own comments versus sending the PM the full report. read less
