Limited Warranties Explained

At HelloPro Home Inspections we are dedicated to creating a 1st Class experience. If you feel an item may have been overlooked during our inspection feel free to review the Warranty sections below. Simply fill out a claim form and a representative from Residential Warranty Services will be in communication to help navigate you through the claims process.

With HelloPro, home buyers are provided with either our BASIC Package or our PLUS Package of Warranties.  Please visit our Home Inspection Packages page to see what all is included in each package along with the many other Ad-On Options available.  With both our packages, we provide the Home Buy-Back GUARANTEE.

Here is an overview of the warranties where you can review each one as they are simple and easy to understand!

90-Day Warranty – covers specific mechanical and structural items that occur after your full home inspection. The warranty is valid 90 days from the inspection or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.

SewerGard – covers issues that may occur with your sewer/septic line or the water supply line after the full home inspection. SewerGard is valid for 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later. If there was a sewer scope performed with the real estate transaction then the warranty is good for 12 months from the inspection date.

MoldSafe – covers mold remediation for new visible mold following your full home inspection. Your MoldSafe policy is valid for 90 days following the home inspection or 22 days from closing, whichever comes later.

5 Year Platinum Roof Warranty – covers roof leaks that arise following your full home inspection. 5 Year Platinum Roof Warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of the full home inspection.

Here’s How All Claims Are Processed:

  • Exactly 90 days from the date of the home inspection, you must submit all the claims for alleged deficiencies.
  • Submit your claim to us by following this link.
  • You must be able to provide summary for the alleged deficiency. The documentation should also have photographs of the alleged deficiency.
  • All the necessary documentation required on the claim form should be received within 30 days of the submission of the claim.
  • We have a policy of processing the claims only when we’ve received all the necessary information required on the claim form from the client.
  • You need to allow 10 days for all the checks to get processed.
